Hotel Review: Lansdowne Resort; Leesburg, Virginia

Last year, I wrote about this little (random) golf resort in Leesburg, Virginia (just past Dulles Airport), but neglected to take any photos. Good thing we went back this year! Thanks to a LivingSocial deal, we spent last weekend enjoying a pre-Valentine’s Day weekend at the resort, getting massages & hunkering down from the random snow storms. We had a great time & were pleased with how problems were dealt with (like when we moved rooms at 12:30am, thanks to the bachelor party next door). The tavern at the resort was a great place to hang out Saturday evening, playing Wii bowling, watching the Ohio State basketball game, playing pool, & eating surprisingly good food. An added bonus to the Lansdowne Resort? It’s right by outlet shopping!
