The cobblestone streets of Vieux Montreal – Old Montreal – are some of the most quaint & romantic in the world. We found them to be especially special on a quiet Sunday morning, largely devoid of the tourists that pack the narrow stone alleys during the weekend days.





I love these photos. I still haven’t been to Quebec, but I’m hoping to go there next year. I really like that first photo, it makes me think Montreal would be perfect to see in autumn.
Montreal was absolutely beautiful in the fall! I have some more autumn pictures I need to post – there were vibrant, colorful leaves on every tree. We really got lucky with our timing to hit peak leaf season just right!
