FriFotos: Bridges

Bridges are a thing of architectural marvel, especially to those of us who know nothing about engineering. Their long, graceful lines carry pedestrians, cars, bicycles and trains across areas not previously passable. My post for this week’s #FriFotos theme features bridges around the world – the beautiful (Brooklyn Bridge), the commercial (Ponte Vecho) and the scary (the double-span-sways-with-the-wind-not-very-high-guard-rails Chesapeake Bay Bridge).
